Melville Intermediate - Connex Roller Coaster

These students have spent two weeks during their lunchtime constructing a Roller Coaster following the Connex system, they have just completed it yesterday and we were able to film this video of it. Special thanks to a former Room 8 student Arahia for assuming filming duties, just like the old days of 2009!

  4. Hello New Zealand!
Sweet videos, especially the roller coaster! That was very amazing! We agree with Daniel how hard was it to make? Was it frustrating?

Wow that is really cool how you show New Zealand's lanuage,Maori. We are in Australia so when we reach Year 10 we go on a centre trip to The Northen Territory to Uluru. We also learn Walpiri. We think Aboriginals are very interesting. Do you learn Maori at school or a home? Does Maori come from another word? What does Maori mean? Thank you for taking your time to read this comment. Well Done!!

  18. That was a awesome roller coaster. I wish there was a roller coaster like that in real life. Sadly, there are regulations and restrictions that state that roller coasters can not go to high. Do you like to ride roller coasters I do. My favorite place ride them are at Six Flags. My favorite ride is The Tower of Terror. The ride goes like a hundred feet in the air and then drops. I went on it like six times the first time I started riding it.
