Melville Intermediate - Week Nine Commenting

Room 8 are currently getting back into commenting on some wonderful blogs around the world and viewing some wonderful students work. We're looking by this Friday to have all left comments on Mr Millers Blog in California, Mrs Bee's Super Scoopers Blog in Dunedin and Mrs Wydham-Smiths Blog in South Africa where our students will need to leave their South African Questions in the form of a comment. Its current week nine of a ten week of the third term, we have school holidays in another week and a half before our final term starts. Finally one of our very favorite blogs has just started posting again, the Ripple Effect in Canada, you can click on their wonderful blog and leave them a comment by doing so here.

  1. Kia ora from Dunedin! We loved your comments on our class blog today. Ms B read them to us and we went through a moderation process to decide whether or not to approve it. You guys write great comments! We especially like the ones that are positive but then either, ask a question or make suggestions how we could improve... We love to be challenged by our readers. Watch out for our comments tomorrow - we will be learning to post comments based on our peer conferencing guidelines... Hopefully our comments are helpful - yours sure are!

  2. Mr Webb,
Thanks for offering to be a blogging helper with the student blogging challenge. I have started to allocate students to teachers who have left a small bio over at http://studentchallenge.edublogs.org/2010/09/14/september-blogging-helpers/
