On Tuesday 8th May our Girls Open Grade Rugby Union team participated in the Inter Intermediate Waikato Girls Final. After a successful opening game against Morrinsville Intermediate, Melville were keen to continue with a positive result against another team that had defeated them in 2011. The action was tough, and the half time score saw it tied up at 5-5. The action was filmed by Veronica from Room Five.
Well done girls, it sounded like you had lots of supporters cheering you on.

ReplyDelete@ Shaun Wood - Yes we discussed that when we were watching the video's back in class, it was our two camera operators mainly who were getting very excited by the games and how well the Girls had done, they are promising next time to be calmer!
