Melville Intermediate - Cullen's Pavlova Photostory
Recipe for Pavlova -
Cook time: 1 hour
Servings: 1 Pavlova
Ingredients:
3 Egg Whites
1 & 1/2 Cup of Caster Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Cornflour
Directions:
Put egg whites, caster sugar, vinegar and cornflour into a bowl. Beat for 10 minutes with electric beater (about 15 with normal beater). Put baking paper onto tray and pour mixture onto tray, while shaping it into the shape you want the pavlova to be. If you want a bigger pavlova, do the mixture process all over again with more eggs and stuff and then mix them together and put it in the oven for one hour. Then turn the oven off and leave in oven until cold.(Usually overnight). This makes a nice crust on the outside of the pavlova. Before serving, cover the pavlova in whipped cream and your favourite fruit.

Dear Cullen,
ReplyDeleteFabulous photo presentation! I've never seen pavlova before and now I am interested!
Your use of digital photography was excellent. It really made the steps easy to follow and that is key in a tutorial video.
Well done, Cullen!
