  2. Hi Mr.Webb. My name is Caroline, and I am in Mr.Miller's class. You are so lucky to have a school garden! It is so beautiful. I think it is very good that you have composts in your garden. Mr.Miller tells me that the teachers at CPMS tried to get a garden but the dirt we have is poisoned so anything we would have planted would've died. It is pretty weird not having a garden because at my previous school we had one.

  3. Hi, I'm Areli and I am in Mr.Miller's class here in California. I like your video of your school's garden. All the plants were so pretty. I would like to have a garden at my school, but our soil in the field isn't healthy enough for a garden. Do you know all the plants in your garden?

Hi,I'm Mari and I am in Mr.Miller's class here in California.I like how you show pictures of your beautiful garden. At my school we cant put a garden like your school because are soil at my school is not so healthy. That means we cant plant anything or nothing cant grow anymore.I hope your garden does not end up like ours school grass.Keep your garden as healthy as can be.

  5. Hi,I'm Mari and I am in Mr.Miller class and I can tell you why we cant put plants or anything because it is because asbestos.Asbestos is what is the problem of our grass.Asbestos is making our grass step to grow nice and beautiful so we can use. Before our school was build the were a tunnel mine which made the asbestos. When they put some over here for our school no grass could not grow,so that the reason why it cant grow.

  6. Hi my name is Lupita and I am in Mr.Miller's Avid class. I really like your garden. I like to grow my own flowers and food. In the fifth grade I won an award for taking care of our class garden box. What do you grow in your garden?

  7. Thank you to all the students of Mr Millers Class who left comments on Rose's slideshow, we really appreciate the feedback. We had a discussion in class about asbestos and how its in the ground, and the mine, we were really surprised by this and kind of glad that nothing like that has happened near Melville Intermediate School.
