Melville Intermediate - The End

After 50,000 visitors and over 250,000 page views, after 1700 posts over five years from five classes of students and over two thousand comments this site has now closed.  

The teacher, Mr Webb left Melville Intermediate School after five years on Friday.  The remaining posts on this site will be footage from school events that took place at the conclusion of the 2013 School year, and there will be no new material.

Thank you all for your visiting, your commenting and your collaboration, it has meant the world to the students of Melville Intermediate School.

Mr Webb will be working at Auroa School, Taranaki, as of 2014.   He will be continuing to work online from his new location with his new students and we will be contacting you with the new address for 2014 at the start of the new school year.

Melville Intermediate - Y8 Ball 2012

This video shows some of the drama and excitment for students of Melville Intermediate School who were attending the Y8 Ball at Melville Intermediate on Thursday 13th December.  The School Ball was a formal dance that went from 7:00pm to 10:00pm and included supper and a formal photograph of those who attended.   These highlights were filmed by Mr Willis and Mr Webb as the students entered the venue.

Melville Intermediate - Thank you and Goodbye...

Schools out for New Zealand students as we enjoy the school holidays.  Our pupils will be back in the first week of February 2012... if you would like to collaborate with them or get in touch with our class please leave a comment, and we'll deal with it when we can.  The classroom teacher for this site (Mr Webb) is also moving classrooms during the break as well, which with either necessitate a new site or a name change... we'll keep you posted, happy holidays, enjoy the break and we'll see you all in 2012.
