The hovercraft looked really cool and had this blue tarpish thing underneath it. It had scooter handlebars and its engine was a modified leafblover attached through a tube to power it. It was high compressed air filling insde the tarpish bottom which made it float.Tuesday, April 16, 2013
Melville Intermediate - Fonterra Science Roadshow
Yesterday Melville Intermediate were lucky enough to host the Fonterra Science Roadshow. This was a wonderful event for the students who attended, and we had Josh from Room Five present with a camera to record some of the events and the amazing activities and experiements that the students were involved in. One of the activities was the students chance to ride a hovercraft, which Josh filmed on Monday 15th April 2013 in the Melville Intermediate School Hall.
