Melville Intermediate - Rock Band Perform Pulse Rehearsal

On Friday night the Melville Intermediate School is competing in Pulse the Waikato Intermediate School Battle of the Bands Competition. On Thursday the band held a rehearsal during singing assembly. Jakob from Room Two wrote this report.

The song the band performed was 'Sun Goes Down'. On the second week of school we were not planning to sing 'Sun Goes Down' but when Jayden played some of the chords then Tara, Leiana and I started singing, Dallas did some smooth beats so we put it all together and its our song.

    That's so Cool!! For this week were doing a program with The Auckland School Of Rock called Rock Van. Im learning to play Electric Guitar - its very fun! Good luck in your competition!

    Good luck for tonight. We hope you win. We were impressed with how well you could play the instruments. The song you have to chosen to perform is cool. We also thought you singing was in tune. You sound great to together. We love your band.
