Melville Intermediate - Working with Room 6 Kilbirnie School

Today in class Hayze and Mackenzie, who have been Skyping Classrooms and Schools in Maori Language, spoke once again with our friends at Kilbirnie Primary School in Wellington. Its the second to last day of school in New Zealand, and in the background we had our regular Math's Lesson continuing, there were some wonderful highlights - the students from Room Six performed two Waiata for Hayze and Mackenzie, which was very, very special for the students. The lesson was also about teaching as well, as Hayze and Mackenzie spent time going over counting in Maori with the students from Room Six, their class page is one of our very favourites!
