On Tuesday Melville Intermediate continues to compete at the YMCA in the local Y7/Y8 league. Melville's Girls team made the semi-finals of the A grade competition in term one, and this term started with a loss to the KOK Running Rebels. On Tuesday Melvilles second game was against St Peters College. The final score ended up being 52-24 to Melville with a strong game from Sita, Kennedy (who was player of the game), Marcia and Fauiki. A tough challenge awaits tomorrow, with three quaters of the Melville Team competing in the Waikato Inter-Intermediate Girls Rugby Competition on Tuesday during the day and then having to back up in the evening taking on St Colombus Wildcats.
